Base on Bubapedia's info, Lance's team on HG/SS are all males. 

He does have female dragons on B2/W2, though before that his team were all males.

ooooh lucky you I only have a tiny one. Pokemon plushies are expensive at my place. But Pokemon figures are cheap! I've a collection of almost 200 pkmn figures. ^^

Actually he had three. But his final team at HG/SS only has one Dragonite.

Actually, he has 3 when you first challenge him. He swaps out 2 of them with a Salamence and a Garchomp before you challenge him again.
