His name is Shuuuuuu and I love him. >w<My 100th devation!
I wanted to try my hand at painting again, but I figured I'd get frustrated if I just jumped into painting humans so I picked a cute little water Pokemon. > u <
I love water Pokemon with weird combinations (Water + Electric, Water + Ground, etc.)
He fell into the ocean and is floating down to the bottom~!
This is heavily influenced by *Apofiss 's work, as you can probably tell.
I really love the way the bubbles came out!
