Description Here is Taiwan! She is such a cutie.Β 

Anyway, I tried to do an Asian inspired look for this. I couldn't find any Taiwanese art so I just tried to combine all art styles I wanted to go for, and this is the outcome. I notice a lot of old Asian art I found on google had a lot of thick lineart with variations all over rather than my constant line thickness so I tried to mimic that; I hope it doesn't look weird. orz

You know Taiwanese aboriginal people haveΒ lived there for several thousand years before Chinese immigrated there and many citizens nowadays consider themselves Taiwanese rather than Chinese. I never said it was an officially recognized country but they do very much have their own identity and culture and this is a character from an anime.

I know so little about Hetalia...the only thing I've seen from it that I liked was this photoshoot that took place at the con I went to. Apparently there was an Anastasia cosplayer so there were a lot of pictures taken of her and a Russia cosplayer. It was rather cute.
