back at it again with another base!this time it's an icon base!! previously used for my wiggle icons
i kinda lost steam while doing them so idk if i'll ever officially reopen commissions for them again, but...
i figured i could put this up for anyone that really wanted one! now you can make your own if you'd like!
comes with 5 brows, 5 eyes, 6 mouths, and 4 hand poses!
you'll get a .psd file and .sai file
this is not mspaint friendly!!!
some rules:

oh, it's pretty easy!
just draw the lineart, make a new layer, trace over it so you have two layers of lineart
color each lineart separately and add a bg to them (don't merge the two linearts+bg together, keep them separate so it's always two layers), then gif it!
idk if that makes any sense but that's how i did em haha
