is it just me, or the submissions gallery is getting more confusing? this was painted during summer holidays (another one i forgot to upload). its the second portrait i've painted on canvas but i'm proud to say that it's much better than my first attempt. but i'm also aware of the mistakes in this but i won't fix out of pure lazyness.i just realised that the quality isn't very good but i'll take another foto of it later.

This piece is very expressive and ALL abotu the eyes. I like the different temperatures in the face, the warms and the slight cools. You knida loose that play on color in the blanket though. Everything is pretty well handled though. The hair and eyes are what captivated me though.
