this took me a while to draw cause I couldn't decide on what to do for the background. xD And I knew I wanted blue glow on the bottom but I just couldn't get it right, I tried bubbles, everything, I just gave up and ended with this. xDUm, the lines are kinda sloppy.
This is Psyche and Delic, alter egos of Izaya and Shizuo from Durarara!
The pairing is them together, duh.
I just like their outfits so I wanted to draw this. xD

I have a question..I haven't been in the DRRR fandom for very long and I saw plushies of these psychedelic versions and I'm wondering..what are they from? :\ I'm very confused..
