Hello! Overall this is a nicely done emoticon! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/lā€¦ " width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la"/> I do have one or 2 things that I think could improve it.

In one of the frames almost two thirds of the mouth suddenly shows up. One thing I have learned and am still personally improving as well is slow movements. Moving only a pixel or 2. This makes the entire emoticon look much smoother, and better.

The second thing I will suggest is actually a minor thing. The emoticon currently looks like it is in space e.deviantart.net/emoticons/o/oā€¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" title="OMG"/>, you could try giving it a shadow (somewhat round). This can really improve the piece and give it more mass as well as 'placing' it somewhere.
