(please keep in mind that I'm not a professional critic and that this is just my average-joe opinion)
I think this picture is great and feels very home-like and inviting.
the only things that can be improved upon are the focus and the colors.
usually, I'm very into the desaturated-tones aesthetic, however, in this one, it feels a bit lacking. either too much on the bright side for that desaturated look or too dull for a bright/flashy moment.
on focus, I'd say that there's a lot going on. my eyes are first drawn to the doors, then the window above, then the AC, the moped(?), the doors again, and finally that guy that just stands there kinda awkwardly (bless him). I guess what I'm trying to say is that it lacks flow and a focal point. I think it would be improved by cutting out the window and focusing more on the lower part of the street.
before I leave I'd also like to reinforce that your pictures do have a great atmosphere to them. I feel like I know this place. like I've walked down this street a thousand times. not everyone can capture that.

A slightly chaotic, mish-matched alleyway. Warm, golden lighting. Damn this makes one feel like home.

I thought this was a painting at first. The darker, grungy left side contrasts well with the golden, lighter side. There's a feeling of warm glow that's inviting from the sheer normalcy of the scene. I think though what adds depth and interest the most to this is realizing that there's a lot more color range to it than by just a quick glance. it's shot well!
