I finally figured out the design for my Indiana, so have the complete lower(?) midwest trio. Just realized that I haven't drawn Ohio in a long time and it brings back memories of how he was my first state-tan I ever made. x3 (Now with no face paint!)OH's flag was a pain in the ass to incorporate into my lineart when I realized that his is not square like everyone else's, but triangular. :T *shakes fist*

Exactly! It reminds me of one of those baseball pennants you see on the walls. I always thought Ohio was plain and boring, but apparently I've been proven wrong whenever I do research. XD
