So, this would be a scene from my story Earth Infected. Donny wears a lab coat because of the studies he's been doing to try and cure Raph, and he's also lost a bit of weight due to a self-starvation he put himself through. This scene basically portrays Mikey reaching out to him because he's basically the only one he has left to even remotely connect with. Leo's blindness drove him away from everyone because of the defeat it gave him, and Raph is angry with the family because of everything they are hiding from him. Mikey just wants a friend. He wants someone to ask him how he's been, to laugh with him again like they all used to. And since Donny's the only one who ever communicates with him anymore, he just breaks down.
