I've drawn this picture as a sketch for an intaglio for art lessons at school, but my teacher said it would be too difficult to scrap it into the plate, so I drawed another, more simple sketch.

Ja das ist ein allgemeines Problem bei mir. Ich zeichne meistens mit mechanischen Bleistiften, und hinterher traue ich mich immer nicht mehr Kontrast mit einem normalen Bleistift hineinzuzeichnen, aus Angst, das Bild dadurch kaputt zu machen...

Das kenne ich - versuche es vielleicht mal bei einer kleineren Arbeit und einem schΓΆnen weichen Bleistift, zum Ausprobieren. Nimm ein leeres Papier als Unterlage fΓΌr deine Hand, damit nichts verwischt - Lineal oder Γ€hnliches geht auch...
Wenn Du siehst, wie es klappt, und wie dein Bild mehr Tiefe erlangt, hast du sicher FREUDE daran, statt Angst

Thank you for the compliment on my country I do have to say I agree and hope it doesn't come through like me being arrogent.. so far from it... I like the clearness of the air, the mountains and glaciers with the hot springs and volcanoes... makes such a nice combination And all them huge parts that have no houses and ar just pure nature... I totally love that
