Her parents always told her to act like a true lady. Always stand with your feet at 10 o'clock, back straight, head held high and hands gracefully folded in front of your silky dress. A lady had to busy herself with classes like violin and Spanish. She was supposed to speak fluently in 4 different languages, able to play Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 in G major with closed eyes and sing until she wasn't able to speak. 

Like a bird in a cage.

One day she couldn't take it anymore. Looking outside the window frame all she saw was freedom and a world without these artificial acts. She craved for it, she wanted to break free and escaped this hell hole. 

She decided to run away with some attire she stole from the chef's son. Tying her hair up into a high pony tail and throw away those shiny accessories, for the first time in forever she felt happy with her decisions.

Then somehow *think*, an angel appeared and claimed that she was bored.

Then the angel started to throw sparkles down to the little girl.

10 sparkles...

20 sparkles...

The End.

Lesson learned: my birthday just happens to be the same day I was born!

I feel like she is a really really good friend of his who passed away not long ago. He's in a really despairing and dark place, and then all of a sudden she showers down light, hope and joy from heaven. Really cute drawing with really interesting meaning behind it! I love their expressions and poses so much!
