Description
I got inspired from my manga book and found this nice pose. it's called the monster book of manga. And they have many nice poses there.I thought it was a good idea to make a pic of Galux. I pretty like how this one came out both the colouring and the nice brushes i found here on da.
Btw! Im holding a contest right now. It's about making a bf for Galux you can see more info about the rules and stuff in my last journal. [link] I have no end date yet but it looks like it might end sometime in August Im not sure yet.
But i really really hope some more people want to join. If you want to join comment on the journal or send a note.

The colors here are very nicely rendered and compliment each other nicely. I like that shade of green for certain. She has a very sweet face and she's just cute to boot. hah.
Couple of things to point out here though, her left foot (the one closest to the viewer) is turned wrong for the angle she is sitting at. She's facing more towards a vanishing point at the far left corner of the picture, but the left ankle is twisted to face towards a closer point. The ankle would only be able to twist like that if the knee was also twisted out. So in fact, the way she is sitting, sort of angled away from the view a slight bit, you would only see the side view of that foot, not the whole top view of it. Otherwise, she'd need to have her legs more open, the knee showing more and foreshortening on the thigh done to pull off that angle of her ankle. Hope that makes sense. xD
I do like how you rendered her hair- looks all flowy and shiney. I like it.
The other part you may want to look at is her right hand- the one with the foreshortening. The way she has her arm, that wrist wouldn't be bent that far over- or it would be broken. But the foreshortening of the fingers is nice and compliments how she's holding her other hand- like there's something about to happen.
I do like her face a lot- they eyes are pretty. ^.^ And nicely done on the dress too. It might've been nice to make her stand out more, to put her against a red background color (complimentary color of green) but that's just an opinion and it still looks good. ^.^

Yeah, some ppl don't know how to critique. It's about telling you what you did well and what parts you can improve on. Ppl that say 'you suck and this is why...' are stupid. lol.

She's a very pretty character.

I have to say, Galux is one of my favourite characters of yours. She's so greeeeeeen~ And extremely pretty. XD
The green background lighting and the sparkles look amazing, the lineart is beautiful and smooth as always, and she's got a lovely pose~
