Well, I love the boy ponies and Wig Wam does have one the coolest hat.I've planned to draw a picture for each of the BB ponies in fitting environments and what is more fitting for Wig then an Indian camp?
Notice that he has eyebrows? I don't usually do that
As for the background, it is rather horrible. I manage to save it by trying to colour it nicely but that's about it. I so suck at doing “real” backgrounds but I’m trying to learn.Well, I think I'll do Barnacle next

You know this just makes me think wigwam would have been an even nicer pony if they had gone to town on him, with his hat he's cool but without it, because his symbol is so sparse looking he's a bit plain. Im liking your version with the war pain though

Thank you! There's plenty of ponies with pretty plain looking symbols and I agree that Wig Wam is one of them. I do like his colors though. Colored body with white mane looks pretty to me

Back then, I had only just rediscovered My Little Pony (where my love for it was rekindled) by , and my art wasn't that good when it came to drawing them back then, either!
And you are still doing MLP art.. and horse art... well, there is only one thing left to do!

PS. I've always had a liking for North American Indians.. then again I have a liking for a bunch of different tribes or peoples that were more closer to nature and stuff.. today's world can learn alot from that kind of wisdom!

Hehe I don't usually collect ponies, due to money circumstances AND dad wouldn't like it since they are for babies and stuff, among other things, but I do have a few...
And go figure that I won a MLP contest prize one time when I never win anything!

First name that came to mind: Dragonstar. However, I'm Dreamstar, and the names seem too close. Plus there is a moon in the symbol, so I think that should be taken into account.
Perhaps... Nightdragon? Or Dragon Celestic? Nightfire? Firenight? Stardragon?

I also saw the the G4 cartoon! It's MUCH better then all the G3 cartoons. My major pet peeve with the G3 cartoon was that there where no villain so obviously I am a bit disappointed that Nightmare Moon is out of the picture already. I hope there will be more villains in the G4 cartoon otherwise I might change my opinion about liking it
Haha, nice with more boy collectors. There seems to be quite a lot of guy collectors even if the majority are ladys
Dragonstar has been on my mind as well for a persona name but somehow it's not the ideal name I'm looking for. I'm not really sure what kind of name I'm looking for but I'm certainly in no rush to find it. I'm under the belief that when I find it I'll just know

Yeah I know.. I had TWO major pet peeves with G3, actually.
One, like you, there was no villain.
The second was that all the ponies were girls - there was no male pony, no balance. I felt far more disconnected with it.
Well Nightmare Moon might have only been the start - I mean, they wouldn't get rid of the darkest villain at the start, right?
Maybe Nightmare Moon was a greater villain that needed showing first, to capture the audience.. but the worse villains are yet to come..

I don't now why they thought a world with only girl ponies would work XD It's really good to see some boys in the G4 version, I only hope they will get bigger roles and not just something we'll see walking by every now and then.
In the old MLP comics the ponies are born in the most mysterious ways. If I remember correctly Lucky the stallion was born from the bottom of a barrel filled with games for Spike and the Seaponies where created when Seashell made a wish.

I think maybe they made them all girls because it is FOR girls and wanted it ONLY for girls, and whoever had planned it wanted girls to have nothing to do with boys, hence eliminated male ponies.
Of course, that might not be true, but there would be some people out there like that!!
I hope so too.. in MLPF, you had the episode Somnambula where the Big Brother ponies appeared, though sadly only then. In MLPT, despite the girl ponies being advertised as the main characters, Teddy, Lance and Ace had very big roles anyway, which was good.
I hope in MLPFIM there WILL be at LEAST a male pony role like MLPT, at the very least. I would love to see a greater balance, and male ponies playing main roles.

Try checking ebay or something for the old G1 comics. The comics are one of the few MLP things I still collect. There's so many of them!! There is so much more fantasy in the stories. All the ponies can do magic, not only the unicorns.
I have no idea how to solve the gender question in Ponyland 
In the old Swedish dubs some of the ponies actually had male voices which probably was a good logical solution.

I don't think that background is bad -with or without colors but I agree that it's better with colors. It's done well enough and suits him. Only thing that I don't like is totem.
