Thank you! Haha, the pastels I was working with were VERY vibrant, and my scanner also affected the color.

You know I'm just like that. SO lately I've been doing at least one piece where the backgroud counts for most of the piece so I don't get to lazy about it LOL
When I do do the backgrounds I tend to sink more time into them then the objects in the piece. BG's are hard!

I agree with the above about the sheen of the coat. It's goregous and that's a very cute angle as well.
