This is lovely. She looks a lot like a Tolkien elf, but more interesting

As for constructive criticism, I think the shading on her face and around her eyes is not deep enough. Thus her lovely eyes seem to pop out more than they should. It wouldn't need to be much. Otherwise the shading is fine. Her face just looks a bit flat. I really like her expression!
