Wonderful drawing Anna! I am not nearly the artist you are, but I know what you means about getting "lost" into your drawing. The world does disappear and all that seems to matter is to continue on creating and perfecting until you're finished or totally exhausted. Its kind of like being on a caffeine high but without drinking anything.

the shadowing needs a bit work also, because the light is directly at her face yet the right side of her face is shadowed from a light on the right? theres two lights from two diferent angles?
otherwise, ur amazing.

you draw using the right side of your brain and keep track of time and everything on the left so when you get into the artist "state of mind" you really do get lost
i like how the girl looks so vulnerable

ahh thats what my art teacher used to say, nearly every lesson, about the right side of the brain
it had never occured to me that this expression had a sense of vulnerability, but now you mention it... she does look a bit vulnerable... i suppose it goes with the whole "fear" theme

thats amazing! at first i thought it was a photo! the texture of the charcoal gives this drawing extra special. this is one of the best drawings i've ever seen. the eyes are so realistic and the hair and the greatness and wonderfullness and wowness.

its class, i love the eyebrow because its not perfect (like does she OWN tweezers??? lol om om) but its really lifelike. just like a photo.
