The beginning point of the neck doesn't look quite right to me. I think the lines you did to emphasize his muscles are too long or too defined. That way it doesn't quite look like the neck is really attached to his body, rather a puzzle piece set on to it.
Also, the left shoulder is a little too small. He's not quite symmetrical.
But I do like how you put in the concept. I didn't know the character before, but it looks interesting.
