Ok so the true story is that while I was about to take a bite of a sandwich a little fruit fly decided it's a great idea to fly straight into my throat. I swear I could feel it bouncing around in my trachea and it wasn't a fun feeling. Thankfully it all ended well, but the fly hasn't survived to tell the story unfortunately.
