I did this because I wanted to adopt Numba 2 from: [link]
Name: Vita Rose (No, not after Amy)
Age: 16
Likes: Running, Lifting things with her robot arm.
Dislikes: Having a robot arm/eye at times, embarrassing herself in front of others.
Powers: Super Strong, and can also use wind to her advantage.
Short Bio: Grew up in a small city, she had loving parents and siblings but was kidnapped while walking home from school, and in attempt to defend herself, her arm was cut off and her eye stabbed. No one knows what happened to her after that.
Right now she's testing her robot arm.
She's able to bend it any way she want.

An arm that bends in every possible direction? Why don't people use that with robotic limbs more often? Also, it don't matter what covers her legs, be it pants or fur.
