Yes, I do still exist. And lo and behold, I have completed #2 out of 20. I'm so friggin slow...

Anyway, this is Amarant Coral from FFIX, the ninja monk. I decided I wanted to go with a more slim look for him. Most of the fanart I saw of him was showing him as being bulky. He was never bulky, that was the illusion of the SD style the game was paying homage to. So I did that, borrowed a little inspiration from a photo of *jademacalla 's and then...I did nothing...until a couple of nights ago when I decided to do some shading. Of course, the scanner did not pick up a lot of the lighter shading so he looks all white. But, I love how his hair turned out...though shading it took as long as shading the whole rest of him. Yeah, did it lock by lock.

Tools used: Mechanical Pencil, Blending Stump, and Photoshop CS2 for minor retouching.
