Shaking from the feeling of your presenceYour embracing arms wrap around me
As a Boa constricts its meat
You’re the sickness I endure every so often
You stare at me with those hypnotic eyes..
Once I think you’re gone
You attack my immune system once again
You are the poison...
And the serpent of regret slithers down my throat
From your poisonous kisses
It eats me away from the inside out
The ever growing hole inside me
Grows bigger with every touch
You lay your eggs in my heart
You are the poison…

i really liked this poem... so much that it makes me want to draw my interpretation of it... if you don't mind i think i will, but only when the holiday starts as i'm swamped with school work now.

It's not 'reocurring', it's recurring. Sorry, not trying to be picky here, just thought I'd let you know. I like the vocabulary in the poem and the meaning. I can relate to it often.
