WOAH! I'm freaking out. Did you go to some hetalia event with a room full of Hetalia cosplayers?

Do you know where this event was? As far as I know Kori only wore this costume once, and it was last year at Ohayocon in Ohio. So I'm gunna guess it wasn't her.

It was a room full of the cosplayers and there was a panel of tables too with some of the main cosplayers. And it started off with Prussia and a microphone. Actually, I'll just give you the link x3
