Yep I pinned it. I do pencil drawing and HOPE to be at your level one day.  I only started drawing people a year ago though so I still have a lot to learn.

So do I. We are always learning: that is the bliss of life. Not that I'm saying this what you do, but just a piece of advice that I have learned: don't compare your work to others. You can look up others, but don't compare yourself. Your artwork and style is unique to you and how you have improved is all that matters. ^^

I'm working on that, and with you giving me advice and even checking out my art means so much to me. I compared myself with others until I drew my latest piece and almost cried. I am so so proud of it.

And that is the most important thing! It doesn't matter what makes me happy, or your next-door neighbour, or your best friend;  to produce something that you are proud of is the only thing that matters. But it is always heart-warming to see someone proud of their own work and I hope that you will always be happy with the work that you will continue to create ^^

Thank you so much! I'm glad I made a fellow art friend. I did realize something though. When I show my work to people that don't draw, they always just say it's nice. But if I show it to my fellow artist people, they always encourage me and show how they REALLY feel about it. I'm glad you gave me your honest opinion.

It is always nice to meet someone who is interested in the same thing as you. And I do agree how people who don't draw very much if at all seem to think that it looks really nice without seeing the areas where it could be improved - well, that's just how I feel. Haha And I think that I just contradicted myself there. And, if you see any room for improvement, please feel from to let me know
