You watch Higurashi???? Sweet! I love the show, Shion is one of my favorite characters. I'm thinking of maybe cosplaying as Mion. Nice drawing, though I don't fancy the way you drew the eyes. Also, when you're using black lines to show depth, you ought to make the lines thin down for realism.

I tried to draw the eyes like in the manga. I like Mion. I'm not a Shion fan. I just don't like them always getting confused together. Mion has never killed anyone. And I like her tomboy personality. It's hard to show depth with only one pen. The pen that I use is like a sharpie that doesn't soak through the paper. So it's hard to create depth. Maybe I could use that pen for some parts and a lighter pen for others. Could that work?

The manga is cool. I tried to draw the eyes like they are in the anime, but it came out a little different. So I tried something else. I tried to follow more of the manga style added with my style. For me, it's hard to draw anime eyes because they aren't the same when draw on paper. Know what I mean? But when it's painted it looks like the anime eyes.
