Description So, just like I am excited for this whole Avatar State business to go down, I'm also excited to see why it happens and how it's stopped (like if there is any sexy hugs or kisses or something-- any pairing would be nice. ).

And I know it won't happen like this because Kid shows usually don't show blood... or...whatever.

This is my first time drawing Mako... he's just a sex cake.

I'm secretly hoping Mako'll shake Korra out of the avatar state at some point in the series--maybe Book 2, and if not, Book 3 or 4.

He's the Katara to Korra's inner Aang, it'd make total sense. Just tossing the idea around.

I really do see Mako as the one who'll calm Korra down when she goes AS on everybody... he is prty much the Katara of the Krew He's the mature caretaker (plus his Scard is just like Katara's necklace

Yes! Exactly what I thought!
He is also the most parent-like than the rest of them, considering he had to basically raise Bolin.

The parallels between Mako and Katara are very noticeable indeed.

Yeah he's like a weird fusion of Zuko (a brood) and Katara (the caretaker team dad) so Makorra is both Kataang and Zukaang lol
