Ah good. Yeah it's always the negatives about her with some fans, just cause she was hot head here and there and annoyed about her bike.... I mean Jessie ( who is my least favourite character along with James and meowth) was a 100 worse and more hot headed. Plus sometimes Ash was the one in the wrong, so I don't blame her for getting mad at him at times. No i focus more on Misty's positives like this scene above.
On a similar note , I like her original English VA. She's had 2 VAs in the English dub

Funny, in generation 4, they gave Ash a manly voice (his original VA is Hanna Kinder-kiss, Misty is voiced by Iwona Rulewicz, the voice of princess Kala and now the littlelest pet shop owned and.........TMNT 2003 Karai?)

Ah. Well Ash in the English dub had a voice change half way through gen3 , and he just sounds like a woman with a throat infection...
His original VA also voiced his mum and May.

Pretty good. Also goes to show certain "fans" that Togepi wasn't responsible for Misty's motherly nature at all. At best, Togepi only expanded on it.

1st gen has great Ground and Water types. I ain't one to say the first gen is the best, I think that goes to 2nd and 3rd gens, but it ain't like I neglect 1st gen the way I do 4th...
