Description
Yes, a reference for KANE. He's too popular among the people and I seem to have more experience drawing him, so here. I'm sure I won't last for more than a few rounds though. Poor Kane, but he'll handle it.

History:
He isn't a very interesting character on sight, but he has a very in-depth history. Kane's mother left a long time ago because his father was cheating on her. After that, Kane's father got a Vortian woman pregnant of Alex. When Alex was born, she was left with Kane and his dad because Alex's mother didn't want to have anything to do with her. Some time later, the family business (a circus) was bombarded and attacked by the Resisty, by which Kane's father died. After that, Kane and Alex were all by themselves, trying to find a living. Kane also has a sister with the same parents, but her current location and status is unknown, since they lost eachother during the bombing.

Why Kane is participating:
Kane's father had some demon blood in him, and passed it on to both Kane and Alex. Kane, however, has a lot of cousins, some of which are pretty powerful in nature, being 30% more demon than he is. One of them stole Kane's demon powers, and will only give them back when Kane is dead (so he can resurrect himself), or has won the Blood-Sports. Why Kane's cousin would do that? For the family honor. And he wouldn't do it himself because he's a lazy ass, so Kane is stuck with the whole ordeal. :I Poor thing. Also, Kane relied heavily on his demon powers, he's like a little kid: Take their toys away and they'll do anything to get them back. His demon powers are basically like toys to him. But he'll have to rely on anything he finds now that can be used as weapons, and minor healing powers.

Personality:
Is a bit of a jackass, very insensitive towards people he doesn't know. He's also very gullible, thus very easy to trap, but can outsmart people through conversation. Has temper problems, but can be very dangerous when angry. He's creative and can see anything as a weapon, and it works just as much to his advantage as to his disadvantage. One of the reasons being that he uses any weapon obsessively when given the chance, and so he easely runs out of ammo when given a gun. He's good with blunt objects and his bare fists though. Overreacts a lot.

I've also pretty much drawn the way I see Kane's antennae. It helps me a lot drawing them, and I thought other people would find it handy as well. Kane's antennae basically consist out of two lightning bolts and the typical scythe with a piercing in the middle of it.
