Just looking at the first two panels, I bust up laughing. I hope everyone else does too.For those unfamiliar with Gundam 00F, that is Fon Spark and Astraea Type F. Fon is a bit. . .unique at times. I can only see Fon doing something like this.
This is dedicated to the person who got me to watch Gundam 00 in the first place.

I've seen both seasons of Gundam 00 (love them both) but I don't recognize the guy in the red mobile suit. Who is he and what gundam series is he from?

That's Fon Spark in the Gundam Astraea Type F. He's in Gundam 00F which isn't part of the anime, but rather another story running alongside Gundam 00. There's a manga for it!
