From what I've read, Poison / Roxy where females in the original Japanese version, but the american market refused the idea of having a game where you had to beat up a woman. So they changed the Poison / Roxy into transgenders.

Please don't fetishize trans people. I'm speaking as a transgender man here, and if you think the best part of me is having a vagina, you and I will have issues. Calling trans people "futa" implies they're comfortable with having a penis, and so what if they are?! You wouldn't sexualize a cisgender person with a penis when they're not in that context, so why sexualize trans people for their parts that they have? And you also don't know if they even like sex! yeah, but should we let them live in their offensive little bubble? it's 2016 and people shouldn't dehumanize others for their body or anything to do with their identity. turning a trans person into a sex toy is not alright, coming from a trans person themself! (me) Many people face VIOLENCE for what they are sexualized for, including rape and murder. there is no "word police" but there are people angry because SOMEONE decides to perpetuate the stereotypes and sexualization that KILLS PEOPLE AND DEHUMANIZES THEM!!!! Representation (for example, this picture) is actually important, because having a badass character that kicks butt is actually good, it helps trans people realize they do not exist for others to have sex with others! and sexualizing someone, just standing there, just because they're trans????? that's not good, once again it takes away everything about the character BUT THEIR BODY!! Yeah, but you gotta think about why you like something. If you like poison because, as you so eloquently put it, she's a "sexy sh*male," you can shove it. If you like someone because they cut, because they're jpop/girly, they're tall and "ebony," then you're freaking FETISHIZING them for their traits. If you say, "hey, poison is sexy cause they're a sh*male," that is not only transphobic (shemale is a slur) but FETISHIZATION, which gets nobody anywhere, and really just reveals how much of an asshole they are. someone is not your sex toy, they are a person, and it's just as racist/transphobic to LIKE someone for what THEY ARE BORN AS/DECIDE TO BE BECAUSE OF THEIR IDENTITY as it is to hate someone. I think that what you're saying is that you can like someone because they are both attractive AND have a good personality, which I agree with. You think they're sexy? you're saying "I find the fact that they have melanin attractive, or I find people who have the nikki curves and several other black stereotypes attractive" Guess what, hun? They are not all the same! Just as you said, like someone who has a good personality and attractive, but also DON'T like them just for a few "sexy" traits they can be boiled down to! Cause, like I said, nobody's the same! You can't just look at someone with scars and say, "they're sexy, cause they must be EMO!!" you know what that is? Generalization. You can't also look at a trans person and say "FUTA!!" or "SH*MALE!!" CAUSE THEY MIGHT NOT EVEN HAVE A DICK, YOU SICK FUCK!! And asking someone about their private parts is creepy, even for asking cis people!! And yes, humans can be horrible creatures, but there is something called metacognitive thought! It's thinking about WHY people say you're an ass, and trying to improve!!
