I wish the uploader of Journals skins would be able to choose if the skin is available for everyone, only premium members or chosen people (like if someone commissioned a skin) ;A;

Plus it really pisses me off if I do a commission for someone and write that nobody but that one person is allowed to use it, and then everyone else is installing it >A<

Which character(s): I think i will keep the Canada and Sweden theme/ them having cat ears and tail.

Colour scheme: i suppose i want a soft light colours (no pink) i like green for an example and if you wanna shift colours and do a combination then its more than okay.

Any special wishes for a cursor/pointer thingy or a footer: about the pointer my IE cant seem to handle those so i can see any pointer at all thats made belonging to the CSS. whats the footer?

nah i havent tried with firefox since i think IE is enough x)
