Ah, I didn't draw this, I only coloured it in... done the lineart [link] . But to draw using computer software's is easy once you get used to it, Sai Tools is really easy to use, though it's only a free 30 day trial, then you'd have to pay.

You could also try 'GIMP', but personally, I think GIMP is complicated lol.
