Look! My first posable dragon customer!
This was a last minute Christmas order. The lady who bought it wanted a feathered dragon, but because my Iron Phoenix dragon is my own special design, I explained that I wouldn't do another like that, but I could do something similar.
Thus... this handsome fellow was born!
This one isn't specifically designed to sit on your shoulder, though you can still perch him up there if you want. I tried something different with the tail, attaching washers to the chain and welding the washers to the tail segments, rather then welding the chain directly. This helped a lot with preventing the segments from binding up (like mine does way too often). I still haven't figured out how exactly to make the tail so it has lots of motion, but doesn't spin and twist around.
I got this finished this last weekend and shipped out just in time for Christmas. I'm hoping it arrived in time and the customer liked it.
