Great job! Just a few suggestions if I may.

One of the guy's faces (the one with the blue shirt) is somewhat looks crooked towards the left because of his mouth is slightly placed too much to the left. also shouldn't his feet be clamped together so that he can support his body upright that way? Currently, you see, he looks like he is supported by his crotch area. X3

The red haired dude'es ass needs to really touch the floor if he is suppose to be sitting down but if he isn't really then sorry about that. He looks like he is about to stand up to me or is sitting on a not so recognizable rock.

These are just suggestions though so please don't take it in the wrong way okay?

Yup, I noticed about that guy's face, while i was coloring it ahaha!

No, im rather thankful you pointed out my flaws ^^ I needed those. Im fine with anatomy, but im weak on actual poses ahaha! thanks for all those lectures ^^ I admire you keen observation, i didnt even notice i missed a spot of rock on his butt ahaha! thank you ^^

It seems to be always what is missing on 99% comments being made every second.

For doing poses you really have to imagine your character 3d in your brain. This suggestion is of course by experience so there could be another way to do it (Much better than mines!). I am still practicing on poses myself since it is difficult to get a clear picture in your head.
