So this summer for Comic Con International 2009 I'm gonna be Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service. And when I do a cosplay each year, I' m determined to come up with a creative way to hide my money, phone, and camera. For my kiki costume I decided to use the radio as my purse. lol. I hand sewn the whole thing and even hand sewn the zipper into the orange hard felt. I'm really proud of this little thing. Enjoy! =3

that's awesome! I'm also cosplaying as Kiki soon, and I can't find a radio like this anywhere...do you have a pattern for this or something? I'm really picky about my costumes, and I've been looking for a Kiki radio for a while

Oh thanks. And no, no pattern. I made it from scratch. Just took a ruler to it and made it up as I went along. =x

Ohh Kalcifer!!!(I think xD) YEAH You definitely need one. I didn't even think about that. It would be so fun to see you make it, with your creative crafting, or even someone to don a big outfit and cosplay as it! I love how he 'om nom nom's' the egg shells. xD I'm excited to see you make Sophie's outfit and wear it.

Make sure you take a hell of a lot of pictures of all your cosplays or you'll have to deal with one sad gypsy boy
