I love these birds. I had a grey and white one named Kramer and a a grey and white one with orange cheeks named Dannion. They were such a joy to have around. Unfortunately, the parents sold them when I was in my late teens. This picture is wonderful.

Wow, this is really beautiful. I love the background colors, such a contrast to the cute bird itself.

i was going to write a critique but i need a membership for that, but i was just going to say this is a great photo, you really caputured the cockatiel well. The colour contrast is really quite nice, at first i didn't really like the contrast but it grew on me quickly.
I like the way you got it sitting puffed up, i have a few cockatiels as pets and i know that this is what they do a lot! haha.
The only thing i guess i didn't really like was that there wasn't much of a landscape, but really thats just my personal preferance, i like to see birds in the wild so i like to see their surronds, but i guess the shot isn't always as ideal as we would like.
but i do like this photo, it really captures cockatiels, thankyou

It seems that it was in a dark room, no?
I didn't know these birds were australian, as they are everywhere on the planet. Sadly, I think it's difficult for no-australian people imagining them flying free...
