This is very well done. I'm glad that for once someone drew Medusa as hideous, like she's supposed to be, instead of a scaly supermodel.

I think it's beautiful! You don't see many Medusas based around green snakes, nor many where Medusa herself resembles a snake so heavily in the face. She could be Voldemorts sister. XD
Snakes are rather hard to draw, and I think her hair snakes look pristine. But I understand not liking your own artwork sometimes, so consider this one a lesson learned rather than a screw-up. Many people seem to really enjoy it.

Nice worksΒ and its not about snakes, the "facial symmetry" goes wrong, just align mouth with the nose and it will be ok

Don't be so hard on yourself man, this is one of the best Dota artworks I've ever seen. You could probably make some money by making loading screens and submit them to the workshop, either standalone or to show a set. Most of the really popular sets made by pro players and stuff have worse quality on their loading screens.
