Wow! This piece of art is amazing!
I totally love the design of this port village on the stone spire, the details of everything, the colors of the sky in the background, and of course, the greatly detailed boat.

Reminds me of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. Because in that one episode, all the water went away and you could see the little wooden planks the town was sitting on. And it was tall.
