Baymax would be an interesting robot for Cooper to tinker with. Since Baymax has five fingers on each hand, he could be more useful than TARS in a physical sense. However, TARS probably has knowledge Baymax doesn't. Maybe Cooper could transfer some data from TARS into Baymax.
