Trying to emulate my painting style more. I intend to use it more frequently, but not always.Here is the very beginning of Chapter 2, when Rayman first meets Boble. I will make a character design of Boble later.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be nasty,just,VERY straight with you.(I got banned from a forum for doing this but I just can't help it...)

I got so so sick of Rayman's attitude that I couldn't bare to read on, sorry, just not Rayman, Rayman doesn't boast...
Rayman=" DO you not know who I AM?! I'M world famous!" (well he said something like that)
The point is he's just not like that.

Ive Read the 1st and 2nd chapter of the story.
The story's fine I don't think youv'e got Rayman's personality quite right though,(it was you that made the story wasn't it?) oh well, cool anyway.

Well, I can't remember HOW I wrote him, but this was before I saw the short-lived show, and before I played Rayman 4, if it made a difference. At the time, I thought I had done him justice.

Beautiful! It's hard to believe you didn't use real paint in this. It's almost scary seeing a cartoon character look so real.
Rayman and Boble look very sweet here, especially Rayman, who seems to be trying to reassure Boble that he's not dangerous.

I absolutely LOVE boble's character design. He does look a little too mature in the character design image you put up later though (and I'm too lazy to comment on all the chapters that I've read so far! So kill me. )
Either way, I really like the lighting here, and espcially how you rendered the back of his head, it just looks so... skullish. 
What's with those swirly things around their heads though?

Nono not the ears. There seem to be some kind of thin brush stroke looping about both their heads.

Those are the long ears.

That background is so beautiful, with the light and shade! I love the way you drew Rayman, and Boble looks good too. I had imagined him from the description with a much rounder head, I like this much better. Looking forward to seeing his full form!
