Nice photo!!! I have to disagree with previous comment, art obviously has to do with the subject, but 10 people will deal with the same subject in 10 different ways. The art comes with how one deals with the subject!!! And my I say you've done a beautiful job with this subject.

you're not absolutely wrong, Art has more than 1 meaning , but art as the way we see it through DeviantArt, is about creation.
A text , a painting , a 3d model , a sculpture , etc... are works of art , but can you say that a photo is a work of art ? no because there isn't any creation , a good photo is when you emphasized the subject , works of art is when the subject is emphasized by itself.
For me , it's not an Art , but I must admit that there are damn good photos that shows the awesome skill of those who took them .

You are entitled to your opinion but I whole-heartedly disagree with it, maybe you should look at some of Ansel Adams' photos then tell me there is not art there, creation abounds there!!! Read on how these photos were created and if you still disagree then you are definitely not getting the point. Are all of the great sculptures of the world not art because the artist didn't create the clay or stone, I think not. As I said you are entitled to your opinion, but in my opinion you are wrong!!!

A good photo is a good subject before all , so the art is not about the photo itself , but it's about the subject , and you didn't make the subject , so you didn't make art at all here .
