So... yeah, I've been reading two absolutely awesome fanfics past the last week or two. One entitled "Hill of Swords", the other "In Flight". Shirou Emiya was the protagonist of both thrown into the world of Zero no Tsukaima and Sekirei respectivelly. And this poster is... more of a tribute to him in those two stories than him in the Fate/Stay Night game. What I'm getting at ?? Well what I mean is that this guy is an absolute MONSTROSITY on the level comparable to Jack Rakan when it comes to awesomness. Taking on armies, monsters, giants, mages, super-strong aliens and who knows what else while remaining a clever, snarky badass. A badass that loves to cook and brew tea in his free time, have soft spot for cute things (more like a deadly weakness in the Hill) is very caring and loving to those he consider friends and he will mercilessly dice you into managaeble pieces if you try to hurt his friends. damn it's so hard to pinpoint what's so awesome in him cause there are so many things to consider. Anyway if you are familiar with Fate/Stay Night and either Zero no Tsukaima or Sekirei let me know and I'll drop you the adresses to those two fanfics, trust me they are worth the time you'll spend at reading them.Right, if this art belongs to someone here, let me know and I'll remove it.

i always wondered. is Archer EMIYA the strongest version of shirou.

The way I read it works more or less like this.
The EMIYA summoned into the war is the version of Emiya Shirou Closest to that of this world. Basically on a multiverse spectrum the Summoning grabs the EMIYA which this reality's Shirou has the highest chance of becoming (even if the chance is pretty small). I hope this made sense...
For example Fate/Grand Order introduced EMIYA Alter who uses guns and looks much darker and more... evil?

Still would like to see an Shirou who grew old ( like grey hair beard old) and took the whole my body is made of swords to another level.
Like he can literally use his bod like a sword and apply any of those magical effects that the swords have to his own body.

Heh this reminds me of the old fanfic idea I had of older (like 40-50 years old) Shirou living in Lyrical Nanoha universe...
This is some pretty cool concept. EMIYA never had an opportunity to fully develop his powers since he apparently died before he reached 30 years old.

Sorry to late to CM but Fate Shirou is the one that Evolving into something is not even Human and walk and help people for more then 1000 year,and he is the one perfect Trace on and strong to figh with Servant one vs one,and that why he can go to Avalon (the Prana in there so much modent people will turn to stone when they step in,even Bedi turn into stone when he go near Avalon) he hold his idea and not give up for that long.

Actually it would be more like "one who does not die when he is killed". Avallon is the only reason Shirou survived his first meeting with Lancer after all.

Yes, if only Gabriel Blessing made a Kaibutsu Oujo (Princess Resurrection) crossover fanfic with Shirou as Hime's Immortal Blood Warrior, then that saying would fit it perfectly like this fanfic.

I feel like you would like "From Fake Dreams" if you like those two fanfictions. Its a little less OP than "In Flight" but still gives characters a solid and creative power boost.

Well what I really liked about Hill of the Swords were copious amounts of sarcasm and banter (I just love it when the characters argue and snark at each other) as well as interesting character development for Louise and Guiche. While badassness was fun it was the comedy and characters that made me love that fic.

the snarking def was awesome! Theres plenty o character development in this one and some light hearted comical stuff although not nearly as much. shirou gets a bit snarky too in this one, i think its funny

The Shirou vs. Mordred fight was the most epic thing I've ever read. I still get tears in my eyes every time I read it from shear epicness. That has to be the best written fight ever.

You are of course right but there is one tiny problem with that... Before it would even Cross Archer's mind to cooperate with Shirou he'd slaughter him with psychotic glee. Don't forget that they hated each other and Archer's main goal was to kill Shirou.

Well the only real way to stop him is to prevent Shirou from becoming a hero. And frankly he wouldn't care about Gil or the World, he actually WANTS to create a Paradox, one strong enough to erase him from existence.

There's actually a way Shirou could summon Archer and still walk away manageably alive, if he figured out command spells before Archer attacked him as just said stop , or don't cause me harm in any way. Then he would convince Archer over time that his path is not crooked .
