Anyway, this is Ursa! another shiny eeveelution to add to my evergrowing pokemon characters <3
most of my previous pokemon ocs are based directly off of Legends: Arceus - but this one was actually based on the shiny vaporeon ( my first shiny vaporeon in fact! ) I use in my pokemon scarlet game. <3
