A commission for ~BlackBoltThunder. I wanted an essense of fear to this one when you think about it. In a realm of pure darkness in which the darkness itself is a pervasive entity. The only thing keeping you from being consumed is what little light you have and that light may only stave off the inevitable.Related content

Yeah, but at the time I was thinking "What if Dark Souls ponies?" Then I saw this and fangasmed. Plus there are so many parallels, the wing (Artorias's arm is broken when you fight him), the realm of pervasive darkness (Artorias goes into the pervasive abyss to stop it from spreading), and those ghosts remind me of the humanity sprites. But that's just a compliment of how badass you are for having such a badass idea.

Well, Groxy was the first and only artist to make a vector of my OC as how I envisioned him as a Royal Lunar Guard. Then I threw the vector to AnaDukune and threw in an idea for a comission. He changed that idea with his own vision and I pretty much like the outcome of it, so basically the credits goes to him xD
If I may add, I just played a bit of Dissidia Duodecim and I couldn't help but notice that Cloud's "demonic" wing with his DLC costume of KH1 is on his left side of his back and Sephiroths angel wing on the right side... Which is looking back at my OC makes me go all "Oh sh!t" because of the coincidence xD

Agreed... is the darkness turning the pegasus into somethihng else? I notice a bat wing and a normal wing, what is going on here? and the darkness.... this just looks scary.

The Darkness is just trying to consume him.
The bat wing is a new wing he got, after he lost his normal one in a fight and needed to be amputated.
