I seriously wanted to chop off her left arm, what the heck is that thing on her shoulder anyway? Ah well, it was worth it! Lumina's face is so cuteThis took about six hours, I used 4B and 6B pencils, but mostly a mechanical pencil. Cotton swab and pad for blending and a kneaded eraser were also tools I used. I'm out of regular drawing paper so I ended up using printer paper oh well, still turned out okay I think

i like final fantasy xiii and i love lumina a lot and this draw is so cute and perfect
you gave her a so soft and cute expression and the hairs and the dress are so detailed
i love also how you did the hand...draw hands is so difficult and you did a great job here

First off, this looks very realistic, like it's straight from Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns. Your technique is very spot on, I couldn't find any other words to say than... Amazing.
Hair: Lumina's hair is perfect, the curls is spot on.
Clothing and accessories: Personal opinion: I, myself must say, there is nothing wrong with the clothing itself. Her feathers that she has plus the wing off of her left shoulder, this makes her look like what she is based off of, which is a younger version of Light (Lightning does go by Light in the games.)
Overall: I love this piece 110%. If I could give a higher rating, I would. A truly remarkable piece of art.

Hi!
Lumina...Overall, very well executed, so just a few tiny things to point out. I really had to reach into all the nit-noid details to find things to improve, because I don't think there's anything major.
Textures:
Hair--obviously you have a ton of practice, because it looks fantastic, which I imagine must be difficult with both the choppy texture around her face and the structured curls in her pigtail. Well done.
Eyes-again, very well done. The shine is ever so slightly harder in her right eye, but as it appears the light is coming from over there, it looks fine.
Skin--nicely done. The shading is nice and subtle. I like the hint of blotchiness places that makes it look like a real girl with super-fair skin.
Feathers--I think this is the weakest part of the whole picture. The ones on her left side collar are much better than those on her right collar. The ones on the right look like feather line-drawings and the shading doesn't really soften them very well. The feathers on her sleeve are similar to the right collar--they just don't blend very well. I don't think I would have noticed if the ones on her left collar weren't so visibly downy-soft. I'm sure some of that is the lighting, but even still.
Fabric--fairly good. In some places, like her sleeve, it looks like there is an actual weave going on, which is excellent. In her top, it's not quite as defined, so it lets down the lovely soft skin and hair just a little.
Shapes:
There's really only one thing I don't like here, and that's her knuckles. The back of her hand is so straight and the angle to her fingers so severe that there's one spot where she's got pointy knuckles. The rest looks quite organic and I'm a little in awe of the curl of her little finger and the tiny sliver of palm visible. Her shoulders and nice, and the shape of her face and mouth are well done. Her eyes are incredible. And even the...thing?...on her shoulder seems well done (and neurosis-inspiring).
So overall, an excellent illustration of a rather complicated character design. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
