Well, it isn't that hard to do, just do a french tip and pull irregular lines, like a splatter, or like if it was dripping on your nails.

I even have the special french tip stickers... and I still mess it up somehow... I think it comes from only been doing my nails for the past 2 months. Practice Practice Practice I guess
