Don't feel bad about the textures, I love textures, almost obsessed with them. You're not alone. Tehehe. Most people feel that textures need to be the center of a picture, it's not. It should enhance it. Not be the main focus. Oh well.

*lol* i started singing "Numb" by linkin Park the minute i saw the title! and then to see you included the lyrics i started singing..wow

lol... I was looking for words to describe the feeling of being frozen... and that song was playing...it was divine intervention... plus I love that song...I think it suits the theme I was going for.
As for the whiteness...lol I wanted the eye to be drawn more to the red... her emotions ... her frustration overtaking the numbness she was feeling...does that make sense? ie it is intentional that parts of this will be hard and forgive my pun frozen... I was going for drama...
