Where does void!Hornet even come from? In the game she makes it clear multiple times she isn't like you, referring to the vessels as "your kind", saying she doesn't share your emptiness, telling you she can't go into the Black Egg because it was made for "your kind" and it would drain her (and when she enters it anyway to help you out and you don't dreamnail the Hollow Knight she collapses pretty quickly so looks like she was right)
Like, void!Hornet has zero evidence for it and all evidence against it so why is it still a thing?

I also don't understand people who think she is made of void, but some people still insist on it. They think she's a kind of gendered vessel or something.

I guess people just mistakenly assumed she was like the Knight when uncovering parts of the lore but refused to admit they were wrong after uncovering more
