I just enjoy the time there
This is rendered by using DAZ Studio with Iray renderer.
I tried to test 2 elements (chrome and water) that resulted in long rendering time. It seems little better than the last render with water.

This Iray render did not take too long 'cause I cancelled it when I felt the quality is OK. In fact, none of my Iray renders got to 100%. The first few ended after 2 hours because I did not aware that max setting of 7200 seconds. I'm still thinking of using Iray or not.

Good idea stop before the finish, so you can have the effect that you want.
I've used the setting to 0 too, for render a lamp in Iray, nad has take "only" 15 minutes

For bright scene, it doesn't take long. Darker/Night scene is the most challenging
