Love the transition of gum to teeth, he'd have the coolest skull ever! I see the 3d looking effect around, how is it done? flat layer, duplicated, red overlay and blue overlay slightly shifted off centre?

These two layer idea could lead you to the same result, but in this case it's one of the first four filters in PS. Not quite sure, how's it called in english, but it has to be something like optics compensation. Within this filter you have to hit the custom button to play with these color channels and some cool stuff like vignettes, too

thank you - i often try to cause this depth by blurs to achieve a more real result
